Run report :

Guess what?? Trail went up and down again!

We spent quite a lot of time looking for the infamous murderer "Le Boucher de Ste Foys"

But the scariest thing we saw on trail was a beercooler full of... limonade!!!

Many historical and touristy stops where randomly planned by the hares.

And thanks to a well placed "Beaver stop", our Canadian visitors/virgins truly enjoyed their day!!

Run #7 - St Patrick's run

It's never too early to celebrate a Saint! Our very pious hares decided to have a run in the honor of Patrick, the Saint patron of the snakes' charmers (according to wikipedia...).
We've been promessed a trail as flat as Croagh Patrick, full of black stuff (Guinness!) and maybe a few sheeps! (one can't have giraffes on trail everytime...)

When : SATURDAY 15. March at 14:00
Where : Place Bellecour, north-east corner. In front of the Crédit Mutuel, 15 place Bellecour
How to get there : Metro stop Bellecour
Hares : Tintin and Lazy Swinger
Hashcash : 5€ + bring your own €€ for spontaneus pub stops
Bagdrop : probably not
Dress code : wear green or something Irish

Run report :

The wet Irish weather welcomed our Swiss guests at their arrival in Lyon, but rain stopped immediatly as the run started.
Pity the hares had laid the trail the night before...

The green pack briskly went off, runners up and down the hills of La Croix Rousse, Walkers taking a less steep option (and yes, there was definitively some shortcutting involved.

Watched a bit of Rugby in the first pub.

More shortcutting by the walkers ... the hare being lost on his own trail, decided to head straight to Pub #2 , where more rugby was watched.

A short circle on the river banks, with some famous locals.

And our Swiss guests had to be carried home...

See you soon again!
