Hashers converged from all over France, Switzerland, Germany and even Australia to launch the newest local hash group in Lyon.
31 half-minds (including 8 virgins) and 3 dogs gathered at the start by the Saône river, jolly under the grey sky (RA got drunk the night before).
Time then for some introductions and a confusing chalk-talk (weird unrelated markings drawn by our youngest harriette while being bored waiting for the "Grown-ups" - sic)
The pack could then go on, the hares splitting the runners and the walkers straight from the beginning... even if not for long though!
Through new architecture, urban jungle, 2 rivers, a couple (too many) bridges, much wild life and much concrete...
To finally reach the beerstop, at the very point where Rhône and Saône river meet.
No time to visit the local museum, all dashed back to the start, where circle was had, including celebratory bubbles.All were dully punished or rewarded by the visiting RA.
And whoever was not drunk by then, went on to the pub on the corner to correct this. Thanks all for joining the 1st run of lyon H3!
